Fennel Again!Sep 03, 2011
By Pam Smith

Fennel used to grow wild in my home state of California. Now that I am in Arizon, I have had to buy it for my sauces and meats when I need it. There are plenty of seeds. I'm going to grow some inside and use the greens. When the bulbs get larger I can transplant them outside and see how they do. And in the Spring I'm going to try and plant some seeds directly in the ground.
