I have planted some of the seeds and they sprouted quickly and are growing well, I will up-date when they have matured.

I was unfamiliar with this plant when I bought the seed. I purchased it to supply a European pub owner because it's an extremely popular winter salad base in France & England. It prefers cool weather, like most lettuce but being an Endive, has a lot of visual appeal too. It's a little more work intensive than a lot of lettuce but the rewards are worth it. Great salad addition!!
