All seeds germinatedAug 23, 2010 I let seed soak for 3-4 days, used store purchased potting soil and plants grow pretty big.
Keep your hands off!Aug 06, 2010 The seeds easily germinated after soaking in water for 24 hours. I planted ten seeds and now have five seedlings. Problem is, you'll keep touching the first leaves that curl up until they fall off! I killed four seedlings because I had to poke at them whenever I passed them by. I recommend you set aside a few to do that with and just let the other ones grow! Besides that, a very easy grower.
GrowingJul 29, 2010 After reading all the reviews I was worried that I might have wasted my money. I'm not very good at gardening but I just followed the directions. 90% of the seeds that I planted have sprouted. They are still growing strong and fast.

Sensitive Plant seedsJul 06, 2010 Fast service, seeds germinated within 48 hours after soaking for 24 hours first- germination rate about 75%. Bad part was the shipping cost twice as much as the seeds... but the end product will be worth it.

Slow to grow, but very neat!Jul 02, 2010 My husband and I first saw this (or a similar) plant while on a river raft on our honeymoon in Jamaica. They were huge and the guide called them "Shy Ladies". We tried 5 seeds and 4 came up. It's been a few months and they are now about 6-7 inches tall and very dainty. They are fun to touch and watch curl and bend--my husband thinks it's "mean" but I tell him it's good exercise for them :) They even flinch when water is sprayed on them! They also curl up each night at bedtime. I teach science and look forward to using them in class next year as we study adaptations.
